Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During seasonal sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery

Bond offers delivery to available destinations displayed during checkout.

Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location, selected delivery method, courier service, and order value. The applicable shipping cost and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Bond cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, or other transportation disruptions.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

Receiving Your Order

If your order appears to have been damaged during transportation, contains an incorrect item, or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photographs where relevant.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Bond purchase.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unless a different return period is required by applicable consumer law.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Include all original tags, labels, accessories, dust bags, and packaging supplied with the product.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, alterations, or improper handling.
• Be securely packaged for return transportation.

Bond reserves the right to refuse a return where the product does not meet the return requirements, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

Our team will provide you with the available return instructions.

Please do not send a return without following the provided return procedure, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Bond cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost before reaching the designated return location.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, color, or style, please contact Customer Support to confirm whether a direct exchange is available.

Where direct exchanges are unavailable, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
